At AUTOMOB, we believe that sustainability is an essential pillar for long-term value creation. Although we do not yet publish a dedicated report on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, all our initiatives, indicators, and commitments related to sustainability are fully covered in the 2024 Integrated Annual Report of SIMPAR, our holding company.
Through the report, it is possible to monitor AUTOMOB‘s performance in areas such as energy efficiency, waste management, diversity, safety, innovation, and social impact. We are committed to the continuous evolution of our ESG practices and to strengthening communication with our stakeholders.
The SIMPAR Integrated Annual Report was developed based on the guidelines of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring that no mandatory information or aspects of the Integrated Report are omitted. The guidelines of the Disclosure Insight Action (CDP) and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) were also followed. It also considers the indicators of the 2021 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
The SIMPAR Integrated Annual Report was subjected to limited external assurance, conducted by KPMG Auditores Independentes and validated by the Company’s senior management, as well as the Sustainability Committee.
