AUTOMOB Participações S.A. (AMOB3) is the largest network of light and heavy vehicle dealerships in Brazil. Controlled by the holding company SIMPAR S.A. (SIMH3), it operates in sales and service through dealerships of light vehicles, trucks, machinery, and equipment.
Our journey began in 1995 with the acquisition of Original Autos—the starting point of our operations in the light vehicle segment and the foundation for the creation of AUTOMOB. Since then, we have expanded our presence through strategic acquisitions and accelerated organic growth.
In 2024, SIMPAR carried out a strategic reorganization that unified the group’s light and heavy vehicle dealership operations into a single company. This consolidation significantly expanded our portfolio of products, brands, services, and geographic presence, forming the largest and most diversified network of light and heavy vehicle dealerships in the country.
Today, we operate in more than 10 Brazilian states, with over 190 stores, representing 36 brands.
On December 16, 2024, we reached a historic milestone by becoming the first company in the dealership sector to be listed on B3, in the Novo Mercado segment, under the ticker AMOB3—the highest level of corporate governance on the Brazilian stock exchange. This step reinforces our commitment to transparency, ethics, and value creation for our stakeholders.
