SIMPAR´s CREATION (FORMER TRANSPORTADORA JULIO SIMÕES)

1995
ORIGINAL AUTOS ACQUISITION
- Acquisition of Original Autos, the first dealership
2006
FIAT PONTO CREATION
- FIAT Fiorelli´s acquisition, since then being referred as Fiat Ponto
2007
TRANSRIO ACQUISITION
- Acquisition of Transrio/VW/MAN
2008
AVANTE FORD CONCESSION
- Creation of Avante Ford as result of a new concession between a new FORD brand.
2010
TRANSRIO & VOLKSWAGEN TRUCKS ACQUISITION
- Transrio integrates VW Trucks and Buses dealerships into their business in the South region and also expands to the North and Northeast regions.
2017
AGRICULTURAL MACHINARY EXPANSION
- Acquisition of agricultural machinery and equipment dealership
2019
KOMATSU ACQUISITION
- Komatsu brand concession contract for MT and MS
2022
CREATION OF AUTOMOB & NEW ACQUISITIONS
- SIMPAR injects R$ 500 m and includes Original Autos with the intent of creating a new company; At the same time, Automob Acquires UAB Motors and Sagamar and expands its heavy machinery division by acquiring VALTRA´s dealership chain. These acquisitions paved the way to the operation expansion throughout Brazilian Midwest region. Inauguration of the largest FENDT agricultural machinery dealership in the Americas. By the end of 2022 Automob Finishes the year with Autostar and Green Automóveis acquisitions. Both companies related to mid-tear and high-end car dealerships.
2023
Creation of own brand of used car stores (SeuCarro.com)
- Creation of SEU CARRO, exclusively focused in selling used cars. Acquisition of Quality, Alta, Best Points, Tietê Veículos and DHL Tractors.
2024
AUTOMOB PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A IPO
- AUTOMOB becomes a publicly held company and start trading as AMOB3. In the mean-time BOMAG starts as a new operation while SIMPAR consolidates the light and heavy vehicles business into a single operation.
