AUTOMOB PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. (AMOB3), controlled by SIMPAR S.A. (SIMH3), is the largest network of light and heavy vehicle dealerships in Brazil, with a robust presence and capillarity. Operating in twelve states, AUTOMOB has over 180 stores across more than 65 municipalities, representing the largest portfolio of brands in the country with a total of 35 distinct brands. As part of our expansion plan, we have done 10 strategic and complementary acquisitions, focusing on solid and well-managed companies with market-recognized brands. In 2024, we achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first company in our sector to be listed on the São Paulo Stock Exchange – B3. Our listing on the “Novo Mercado”, which represents the highest level of governance, reinforces our commitment to excellence.
We serve our clients, who are the core of our existence, through two business segments: AUTOMOB Light, covering light vehicles and commercial vehicles and motorcycles, and AUTOMOB Heavy, which includes trucks, buses, machinery, and agricultural equipment. We buy, sell and exchange vehicles, in addition to the financial services trasnsactions like financing, consortium and other products such as insurance and armoring, along with comprehensive after-sales support including workshops, bodywork, and painting.
